Whether this is your first dental appointment at Ashfield Dental Centre, or if you’re one of our happy returning patients, you are our priority. We will take the time to understand your concerns and needs, to give you the best possible treatment solution.
For your first dental appointment we’d like you to arrive a few minutes early so you can relax and help us gather some information about you. We’ll will take photographs of your smile, X-rays and conduct a comprehensive check-up of your teeth plus a thorough clean. We will take the time to listen to any concerns you might have and provide treatment options to align with your smile goals.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
At Ashfield Dental Centre, we strive to provide the highest quality care for every patient. Part of this is ensuring that we have an efficient schedule. Appointment lengths are booked to suit the needs of each individual patient and we dedicate our resources, materials and time exclusively to your treatment.
Appointment times are booked exclusively for you and are no longer available to other patients. At the time of booking, we require a deposit based on the treatment required and the duration of the appointment. Deposits will come off of the overall treatment cost at the time of the appointment.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. For any cancellations or reschedules, we require notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules made within the 48-hour window will result in a loss of your deposit.
