Yes, There are two public car stations nearby (3 min walk) from the practice these car stations are located on Brown St in Ashfield and offer 2 hours free parking. There is also 2 hours free parking at Ashfield Mall which is just across the main road in Ashfield (across Liverpool Rd).

Our practice is HICAPS ready. If you have a dental health fund, we can swipe your card and claim your rebate straight away. This saves a trip to the health fund office and means you only pay any gap fees on the day.

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a dental benefits program for eligible children aged 2–17 years that provides up to $1,000 in benefits over two years to the child for basic dental services. Visit the Department of Human Services website for more information about the program. You can also check your child’s eligibility and CDBS balance through your Medicare online account at MyGov, or by calling 132 011.

We accept all major Australian health funds and have the HICAPS claiming system in operation meaning you should only have to pay the gap amount. We also currently have provider agreement in place with BUPA.

We like to allow about 45 minutes for your first appointment. Please remember to arrive a few minutes early to ensure we have all your information to get started.

You do not need a referral from your General Practitioner for any of the dental procedures offered at our practice.

We accept cash and Mastercard / Visa. We also have other payment options including ZIP and SmileRight, so talk to our team about how we can assist you with payment options to help you get the smile you want. Find out more about payment plans here.

Usually we are able to book you in within the next week, but please book in advance as we might be quite busy especially during holiday periods, Saturdays and late afternoons. Contact us for more information or click here to make a booking online.

We understand that you need priority when you have a dental emergency, which is why we try to keep some space available in our schedule for last-minute visits. Please call our friendly team if you feel you require an emergency appointment and we will schedule you in accordingly to address your urgency.
